About Calorie Calculator Tool

Calorie Calculator Tool is a free consumer nutrition tool. It estimates your daily calorie needs from the standard Mifflin-St Jeor equation, and publishes plain-language guidance on what those numbers mean — with particular depth on two situations where generic calorie advice falls short: after bariatric surgery and on GLP-1 medications.

Who publishes this site

This site is published by M4Quick Studios LLC, an independent digital studio. It is not operated by, funded by, or affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer, supplement brand, surgical practice, telehealth provider or weight-loss programme. We do not sell consultations, meal plans or subscriptions.

What we are — and what we are not

The short version

Use this site to understand your numbers and ask better questions. Do not use it in place of a conversation with your provider or dietitian.

How this site is funded

Our calculator and your data

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your height, weight, age, sex and activity level are used to do the arithmetic on your own device and are never transmitted to us, never stored and never logged. Closing the page discards them. It produces a general estimate, not a personalised nutrition prescription, and it cannot account for pregnancy, growth years, kidney or liver disease, or a history of disordered eating.
