Calorie Calculator Tool is published by M4Quick LLC. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site, how it is used, and what choices you have.
This is the most important point on the page. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your height, weight, age, sex, activity level and goal are used to perform the arithmetic on your own device and are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never logged. Closing the page discards them. We could not retrieve them if we wanted to.
Your unit preference (metric or imperial) may be saved in your browser's local storage so the page remembers it next time. That value stays on your device.
The only way to send us personal information directly is by emailing us. If you do, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it solely to reply and act on your message. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not sell or share it.
Like most websites, our hosting and advertising providers automatically receive standard technical information when a page is requested — browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring page. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

We may use basic analytics to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are read, and roughly where visitors arrive from. This data is aggregated, does not identify you personally, and never includes anything you type into the calculator.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information a site holds about you. Because we maintain no user accounts and the calculator stores nothing, in most cases we hold no personal information about you beyond any email correspondence. If you have emailed us and would like that deleted, contact us and we will do so.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Calorie targets for children and adolescents differ from adult guidance and should come from a paediatric provider.
We may update this policy as the site changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
